How can we help?
Purchasing tickets
Tickets for a show are purchased from the official ticketing agency. Examples of commonly used official ticketing agencies include AXS, Moshtix, Oztix, Ticketmaster and Ticketek.
You can check the ‘Official ticketing agency’ section under your show date on the relevant artist’s tour page to see the official ticketing agency for that particular show.
Please note:
- Frontier Touring and Chugg Entertainment are not ticketing agencies and are not involved in ticket transactions or purchases.
- We strongly discourage you from purchasing tickets through any unauthorised third party resellers or via social media.
Your tickets will be delivered according to the ticket delivery method listed on the official ticketing agency's website when purchasing tickets. You can find the ticket delivery method on the ticket purchase confirmation email or when signing in to your account on the official ticketing agency’s website.
You may receive your tickets immediately or they may be subject to a ticket suppression date (tickets sent at a date nearer to the Event date) which may be applied to minimise ticket scalping. You will be advised of the specific ticket date delivery at the time of purchasing your tickets. You can also find the ticket suppression date on the official ticketing agency’s website or the Ticket information section on our website’s tour page.
If tickets are available instantly and you have not yet received your tickets, please contact the official ticketing agency. If you have not received your tickets after the ticket suppression date, please contact the official ticketing agency.
If a show date is marked as ‘sold out’, all the tickets currently available have been sold.
If a show date is marked as ‘sold out’ or allocation exhausted, all the tickets currently available have been sold. In some cases, new tickets may be released at a later stage. To receive the latest updates on ticket releases, respond to the show's official Facebook Event or check the relevant tour page to see if a waitlist is available for your preferred show date.
Please note: We strongly advise that you do not purchase tickets from an unofficial retailer or reseller such as Viagogo, The Ticket Merchant, Facebook Marketplace or from people who comment on social media posts. There is no guarantee that these tickets are legitimate and valid for entry into the show. Additionally, if a show is rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, you will not receive any communication from the official ticketing agency about refunds or re-issued tickets as you are not the original ticket purchaser.
If you can no longer attend a show you've purchased tickets to, we recommend that you visit the official ticketing agency’s website and determine if any of the options are suitable for you.
The show's official ticketing agency may have an official resale facility and/or options on how to securely transfer the tickets to another person using their platform.
We strongly discourage you from reselling tickets through any unauthorised third party resellers or via social media.
While we are a promoter, Frontier Touring is not a ticketing agency and has no involvement in the ticket transaction process.
Please contact the relevant show's official ticketing agency for any queries related to the ticket transaction process.
If you cannot recall which ticketing agency you purchased your tickets through, check your purchase confirmation email or head to the Frontier Touring website and check the ‘Official ticketing agency’ section under your show date on the relevant artist’s tour page.
Frontier Touring is not a ticketing agency and is not involved in the ticket transaction process.
For shows that are postponed, existing ticketholders need not take action: original purchases are valid for the rescheduled date without the need for exchange. If you’re unable to attend the new date, you can obtain a full refund from the show's official ticketing agency as listed on the Frontier Touring website on the relevant artist’s tour page.
If you cannot recall which ticketing agency you purchased your tickets through, check your purchase confirmation email or head to the Frontier Touring website and check the ‘Official ticketing agency’ section under your show date on the relevant artist’s tour page.
Once the rescheduled dates are announced, the original ticket purchasers will receive an email from the official ticketing agent with all the necessary information.
For shows that are cancelled, refunds are processed automatically to the original ticket purchasers for any tickets purchased through the show’s official ticketing agency. The official ticketing agency will communicate directly with original ticket purchasers.
If you have not received your refund or haven't received an email from the official ticketing agency, please contact the ticketing agency directly.
Ticket purchase limits are in place and vary for all shows. You can find ticket purchase limits on the official ticketing agency's website or by heading to the Frontier Touring website and checking the ‘Ticket information’ section under your chosen show date on the relevant artist’s tour page.
When someone has tickets in their cart but has not yet paid for them, those tickets go into a hold status – known as 'dibs' – and the tickets are not available to other customers. The tickets remain on 'dibs' until the customer completes the ticket transaction or the ticket transaction times out or is abandoned.
If a customer’s ticket transaction is not completed, their tickets go back into the central system for the next customer to draw from. If there are a number of customers just 'looking' and not buying tickets, then further tickets may become available in the central system once that customer finishes 'looking'.
The Frontier Touring website and social media pages are updated immediately after the ticket allocation has been exhausted. Keep an eye out on those pages for the latest information on a particular show. If the show’s ticket allocation is not listed as sold out then we encourage you to keep trying to purchase tickets.
